Commercialization requires answering a different set of questions: Who has the problem? How important is it? Who will pay to solve it? What needs to be true for adoption to happen? And what is the most credible route from early customers to a scalable business?
For deep-tech companies in particular, the journey from technology to market can be long and capital-intensive. Getting the commercial logic right early can make a significant difference.
